This is an indication that you love your school and with your knowledge of technology you benefit you are already implementing. You are already working in line with the new curriculum. Keep it up.

Reflections on the school year
2016 has been an exciting year for the school. A busy one. Like in other years the school had a fair share of challenges but we manage by God's grace. This year the school was officially opened by His Lordship, M. D. Bhasera. This was a great and memorable event for us.

Our History
ST MARY'S SECONDARY SCHOOL HISTORY .
The school was established on the second of February in the year 2010 by the Bishop of the Diocese for the Roman Catholic church . It started of with a number of three teachers and these are namely MR .A. ZHOU ,MR MAGUUDZE ,MRS TSHUMA .The non teaching stuff were MISS .J.MOYO ,MR NGWENYA , MR GUMBO ,MR TOBAIWA .
The number of the teachers increased with four teachers and these are namely MISS MANDEBVU ,SISTER PLAKCEDES ,MRS .S. MLEYA ,MR MAKURANE .The school had two blocks for a start . The subjects offered were Mathematics ,English ,Science, Ndebele ,History , Geography ,R .M .E ,Fashion and fabrics and Agriculture.The school qualified to win the merit award in the year 2013 awarded an award in the year 2012 during the merit award.
STUDENTS
The school is characterized by parents, teachers and students.Therefore students are crucial components of the school .
These buildings would be white elephants without students.At the school's Inception the enrolment was at 160 comprised of Form 1 and 2 as of 2010.
At St Mary's students are couraged to remain disciplined as they are cornerstone of the school. Their discipline determines their academic attitude .
TEACHING AND NON TEACHING STAFF
The school opened its doors in 2010 Today we are pleased for the development to mention that as of 2016 the school staff has increased to a complement of 23 teachers.Twenty One are on Government Pay Roll and two employed by the Resoponsible Authority through School Development Committee.
As for non teaching staff it is always our appreciation for your maintainence and up keep of the school .All these workers who are currently nine from the four of 2010 are paid by the School Development Committee (SDC)
